Obtain Court Records

If you would like to obtain court records, such as documents filed within a court case, please contact the Records Section of the Superior Court of Guam at 671-475-3349 or 671-475-3370, or fill out and email the Records and File Retrieval Request Form to scog.records@guamcourts.org.

You can request for certified court records in paper form at the Record’s counter at the Guam Judicial Center in Hagåtña or the Northern Court satellite in Dededo.
