Pay Fines/Fees

You can make payments for traffic citations, criminal case obligations, and other court services online, in person, by phone, or by mail by following the instructions below.

Payments Online

To make a payment online, you will need your last name and your case or citation number. A processing fee will be added, and the total amount owed will be displayed before you pay.

Traffic Citation Payments

By paying online, you agree to the Traffic Violations Bureau Terms and Disclaimer. You must review these terms and disclaimer before making payment.

Criminal Case Obligations

You may pay certain criminal case obligations online, including fines, restitution, court costs, and program fees.

If you do not know your case number or cannot locate it, please contact your probation officer or the Probation Services Division:

Special Process Server Program Payments

You may pay fees for the special process server program including the application or renewal fees.

If you do not know your case number or cannot locate it, please contact the Special Process Server Program Coordinator:

Court and Traffic Clearances

You may pay fees to obtain a traffic and court clearance with the Superior Court of Guam.

If you do not know your case number or cannot locate it, please contact the Superior Court Clerk's Office:

Certificates of Good Standing

You may pay fees to obtain a Certificate of Good Standing with the Supreme Court of Guam.

Payments Over the Phone: Payments can be made Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM by calling 671-300-6723 or 671-635-2516.

Payments In Person: Can be made Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the Guam Judicial Center in Hagåtña or Northern Court Satellite in Dededo.

We accept cash, personal checks (personal checks are not accepted for bail), cashier's checks, and money orders, all payable in U.S. funds only.

Please make checks payable to “Superior Court of Guam” or “Supreme Court of Guam,” as appropriate.

A non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will be applied to any returned check.

We also accept payments by debit card and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover - service fees apply).
